At Dooney & Bourke, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return policy for unused merchandise in its original condition. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label; please note that a $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Access Point location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification until your refund is processed.
